Digital Books
Once purchased and accessed, digital books are not refundable. We believe each book is a gift of comfort and insight, and we encourage thoughtful purchasing.
Printed Books & Physical Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace or refund it within 14 days.
Workshops & Counselling Sessions
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. Within 48 hours, we offer one reschedule option. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
Disputes
If you are unhappy, we will engage and listen first. Our goal is always to resolve concerns with care and fairness, guided by this policy.
